1.The high-voltage winding adopts copper wire, and the low-voltage winding is wound with copperwire or copper foil, filled and wrapped with glass fiber mat, and poured with epoxy resin without filler under vacuum state, and solidified to form a solid cylindrical whole. They have the advantages of high mechanical strength, low partial discharge and high reliability.

2.Flame-retardant, explosion-proof and no pollution of the environment. The insulating materials such as glass fiber of winding coils have self-extinguishing characteristics and will not generate arcs due to short circuit.The resin will not produce toxic and harmful gases under high heat.

3.The coil does not absorb moisture, and the core clamp has a special corrosion protection layer.So it can operate in 100% humidity and other harsh environments.

4.High level of resistance to short circuit and lightning shock.

5.The resin layer on the inside and outside of the wire ring is thin and the heat dissipation performance is good. The cooling method generally adopts the air natural cooling (AN). Transformers of any degree of protection can be equipped with an air-cooled system (AF) to increase short-term overload capacity and ensure safe operation.

6.Low loss, good power saving effect, economical operation and maintenance-free.

7.Small size, light weight, less floor space and low installation cost.No need to consider oil drainage pool, fire protection facilities and backup power supply.

8.Because there is no risk of fire and explosion, it can be installed in the load center and be fully close to the power point, thereby to reduce the cost of the line and save the cost of expensive low-voltage facilities.
